Election of secretary:

Pat Walker nominated by M. McCormick in her absence. Returned unopposed.

Election of treasurer:

Des Wolfe nominated as Treasurer. Elected unopposed. Des accepted the position for six months, with another treasure to be elected at the next AGM within six months time.

Election of management committee:

Four Catchment Group members nominated to form the Management Committee: Dale Holley, Phillip Marshall, Terry Harwood and Monty Walker. Elected unopposed.

Appointment of auditor:

No nominations received for auditor. Moved M. McCormick, seconded J. Kratochvill, to investigate a suitable person living within the catchment to act as auditor. Following this meeting, Wendy Wason has agreed to act as auditor for Torbay Catchment Group.

General business:

Membership fee: It was decided the membership fee would be $5 per family per year. A membership form will be sent out with the next minutes. Moved D. Evers. Seconded M. Walker. Carried.

Bank accounts: Des Wolfe to investigate setting up of Torbay Catchment Group bank account. Moved A. Marshall. Seconded C. Westcott. Carried.

ABN: An ABN is required for the catchment group.

Common Seal: Terry will investigate a common seal, Pat Walker and Terry Harwood to organise this.

Insurance: Insurance to cover volunteer groups costs approximately $100 per year. D. Wolfe to investigate insurance. Moved M. McCormick. Seconded P. Marshall. Carried.
