2. Reports

   2.1 Chairman's report: (attached) Included final report from Terry Davey on Green Corp Team's six months work in the Torbay area

   2.2 Secretary's Report: Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of 19th February, 2003 were confirmed by Andrew Marshall.

   2.3 Treasurer's report: (attached) Accepted by Phil Mellon and seconded by Chris Westcott subject to report being audited.

   All positions were declared vacant

3. Election of President:
   Andrew Marshall was nominated and Terry Harwood seconded. Andrew accepted. Carried

4. Election of Vice President:
   Terri Harwood nominated Maurice McCormick and Phillip Marshall seconded. Maurice had already agreed to stand again if nominated. Carried

5. Election of Secretary:
   John Blaney-Murphy nominated Daley Holley seconded by John Kratochvill. Dale accepted the position. Carried

6. Election of Treasurer:
   John Kratochvill nominated Graeme Heighton, seconded by Chris Westcott. Graeme accepted. Carried

7. Election of up to four other members to form the Mangement Committee:
   Blaney-Murphy, John Kratochvill, Phillip Marshall and Chris Westcott were elected by the members. All Accepted the positions. Carried

8. Appointment of Auditor:
   Andrew Marshall nominated Wendy Wason as auditor. Seconded by Terri Harwood subject to Wendy agreeing. Carried. A letter to be sent to Wendy thanking her for her contribution to the TCG as auditor

9. Other:

   9.1 Subscription fee
   Graeme Heighton moved we set the subscripton fee at $5.00 seconded Dale Holley. Andrew moved that the Application for Membership form be sent out with Watershed Torbay Newsletter seconded Terri Harwood.
