Progress of funding from DoE for on-ground works in 2006.
A progress report was given by Steve Janicke. The funding outlines are now in draft form. Dave Bloomfield was introduced as the new representative for the Dept of Enviroment.

The final point regarding appointing a bookkeeper/accountant to balance and audit/account for all expenditure associated with funding received for implementation work under the Catchment Restoration Plan was to be discussed at the next meeting.

Jan Orchard raised a discussion regarding the impact of the proposed industrial park on the Torbay Catchment Area.
Maurice Mccormick moved that a letter be written to the city of albany outlining our concerns and to obtain some reassurances that all guidelines are met.

Watsonia Spraying
The program for spraying is to start as soon as possible
John Blaney-Murphy moved a motion that the valve/plug at the Marbellup Brook be opened for extended period of time over the next twelve month as a trial. Seconded by Phillip Marshall. A letter is to be sent to the Water Corporation.
