5.1 Introduction of Karen McKeough
Introduction of Karen McKeough by Steve May (DoE) as our new Torbay Catchment Group Co-ordinator.
5.2 Presentation of Cost Sharing criteria for streamlining
Determining funding assistance for private landholders - Steve May DoE. Motion to have the funding agreement for the Torbay Catchment restoration Plan signed as agreed. Moved Maurice McCormick, seconded by Graeme Heighton.
Steve also presented the draft of the funding schedule for the best management practice, which was moved to be accepted subject to as closer examination of the funding fiqures examined and approved by Andrew Marshall and Maurice McCormick, by Graeme Heighton and seconded by Terri Harwood, carried. Advertising to be sent out by the end of the month
5.3 The Watershed Torbay Website
How do we want to use it in the future.
A general discussion agreed on the need for more advertising of the website address and to make the website more interactive (by the public) to encourage input into the website/website set-up.
5.4 The implementation phase of Watershed Torbay project
Giving it a face and name. The general agreement was to keep the Watershed Torbay logo with some market research into what needed to be added to show that it is now currently a work in progress.

5.5 Who's who in the TCG
Creating a database of people, their interests, the information they receive? Who to contact for what?
Steve May (DoE) will correlate existing information with Graeme Heighton and will bring the results to the next meeting
5.6 Weed control at demonstration sites.
Steve May presented a report on the need to access funding to maintain weed control at demonstration sites. Ways to fund this work is to be looked into.
