MEETING

1. Welcome, attendance and apologies:

   Following a presentation by Paul Close on Ecological Water Requirements for Marbellup Brookk and the Torbay Inlet Des Wolfe welcomed all attendees. He made the announcement that NRM has made available funding for Lesley Hart as coordinator of .6 position with the TCG funding .1. This news was enthusiastically received

   Leslie then gave her staff report - Tabled

3. Matters arising from Previous Minutes:
   Minutes of the previous meeting was moved to be accepted by M McCormick and seconded by Phil Mellon - carried

4. Financial report :
   Financial report unavailable as Treasurer unavailable

   Moved that all invoices be paid E Nation seconded by Phil Mellon - carried

   General Business:
   Pip Tilbrook announced that we would like to thank Leslie for her work over the year.

   There was a discussion regarding some form of signage re warnings due to the high nutrient levels in the 7 mile creek and inlet, risk of algae bloom, etc.. due to the release of treatment water from the Albany waste water treatment plant. No outcome reached.
