MEETING

1. Welcome, attendance and apologies:

   3.1 Inwards:

   • City of Albany - response to our objection to the Atwell Sand/Lime pit. ACTION Leslie will attend meeting
   • Certificate of Currency from Accident & Health for Liability and Personal Accident

   3.2 Outwards:

   Moved Keith Smith that the correspondence be accepted Seconded Chris Wescott.

4. Financial report:
   4.1 Treasurer's Report - Graeme presented his report. Tabled.

   Moved that the financial report be accepted by Graeme seconded by Keith Smith
   ACTION: Des and Pauline to arrange signatures with the bank

5. Staff Reports
   Lesley present her report. Tabled (see previous executive minutes).

6. General Business:

   Pip gave a short report on the progress

   Seminar
   Leslie requested that she and other interested parties be sponsored to attend a seminar in Denmark on Cultivation Sustainability Behaviour Change Training for Sustainability Avocates on May 31st.
   Moved Sandra Swain that two candidates be sent to the seminar ie Leslie Hart and Pip Tilbrook. Seconded E Nation.

   Wildlife Corridor:
   Sign was presented to Elizabeth Nation by Leslie for TCGs support of the Wildlife corridor.
   Moved Maurice McCormick that the small swamp on South Coast Highway has been fenced by Leslie's group from GreenCorps and well done to all. Leslie mentioned that more rehabilitation is programmed for that area.

   Time of meetings:
   Sandra Swain brought up the possibility of general meeting to start at 7.00 pm when there is a guest speaker (who would continue to speak at 7.30).
   This will be discussed at the next executive meeting

   Apology:
   Des Wolfe apologised that he would not be at the next executive meeting

   Speaker:
   Guest Speaker at the next general meeting will be Chris Gumby from the Department of Water.
